Ms. Jennifer Williams joined The Cohen Group in May 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Executive Administrative Assistant at GE Aerospace, and prior to that spent 22 years as a Senior Executive Assistant at Oshkosh Defense, where she supported senior leadership and critical defense programs. 

Ms. Williams joined the US Marine Corps in 1998 as an administrative clerk at Weapons Training Battalion in Quantico, VA, and she was later selected for a staff position at the Pentagon supporting General James L. Jones, the 32nd Commandant of the Marine Corps.

Ms. Williams holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Everest College. She is a competitive roller derby athlete.
