Before joining the Cohen Group, Mrs. Coble gained extensive knowledge and experience in international public affairs, politics, and lobbying working in the United States and Europe. Mrs. Coble specializes in analyzing European Union policies, U.S. defense and foreign policy, and international organizations’ procurement objectives for clients. While in Brussels, Belgium, Mrs. Coble worked for the European Commission in the Cabinet of Commissioner Danuta Hübner, providing her with a sophisticated understanding of the European Union’s institutions and the impact of regulatory changes on transatlantic relations. The EU position eventually led Mrs. Coble to Washington, where she worked at the European Commission's Delegation to the United States. As a Research Analyst at the Economics and Finance Policy Section she prepared reports on the U.S. economy and coordinated panel discussions and briefings for American and foreign officials. Additionally, Mrs. Coble also helped in setting up the structure of the European Commission’s “Euro-Challenge” competition on European economy aimed at American high schools students. She continues to work closely with high schools and media to promote the event and serves each year as a lead judge for the competition. In addition to serving in the public sector, Mrs. Coble worked as a Government Relations Assistant at Blank Rome, and also as Operations Manager at the European – American Business Council supporting trade and investment opportunities between international partners. Mrs. Coble holds a Masters Degree in European Studies from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium and a Masters Degree in Managerial Econometrics from the University of Szczecin in Poland. During her Master's degree work at the University of Antwerp, Belgium, Mrs. Coble was awarded a scholarship from the Flemish Department of Education for her research on stock market technical analysis tools. In addition to English, Mrs. Coble speaks Polish and French with a basic comprehension of German.
