Mr. Turley regularly advises multinational companies on achieving their commercial interests in China and other emerging markets. He specializes in global government relations and trade development strategies, political and economic risk assessment, and project management. Industries represented include energy, biotechnology, agriculture, consumer products, and pharmaceutical.

Having lived in Asia and traveled to China frequently, Mr. Turley has a unique familiarity with the nuances of Chinese culture, a proficiency in Mandarin, and an in-depth understanding of the U.S.-China bilateral relationship and China's growing role on the international stage. Given his extensive experience and working knowledge, he is uniquely positioned to help corporate clients manage opportunities and challenges in the rapidly evolving Chinese market.

Mr. Turley began his consulting career at the international government relations firm Andreae, Vick and Associates, which was preceded by service in the U.S. State Department. He graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University where he majored in international law and diplomacy and Asian studies.
