Ms. Jackson joined The Cohen Group in April 2004. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where she provided executive and project management support to the partner in charge of the North American Utilities Industry and other client engagement partners and executives in various operating groups. She served as the central information source for clients and teams and provided financial and human resources support on numerous projects.

Ms. Jackson has worked for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and non-profit organizations overseas and in the U.S. Her professional experience and background includes office management, executive support, event planning, project management and investigations.

She began her career as an administrative assistant with the U.S. Air Force at Clark Air Base, Philippines. She also served as a Consular/Anti-Fraud Investigator at the U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines where she received numerous meritorious service awards.

Ms. Jackson received her bachelor's degree in Foreign Service from the Lyceum of the Philippines in Manila. She also pursued her graduate studies at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and taught Political Science in the Philippines. Cecilia speaks Tagalog as well as the Ilocano and Bicolano dialects.
