威廉 · 科恩先生担任美国公职共31年,所任职位包括缅因州班戈市市长、美国联邦众议员及美国联邦参议员,并于1997年1月至2001年 1月期间任美国第20届国防部长。科恩先生曾在参议院衰老问题特别委员会、参议院军事委员会和参议院政府事务委员会中担任过领导职务。1996年,克林顿总统任命当时担任参议员的科恩先生出任美国国防部长。科恩先生以在野党人士身份接受总统任命并入阁,这在美国当代历史上尚属首例。

科恩先生目前担任美国科恩集团董事长及首席执行官。科恩先生还是CBS 和Head Sports公司董事会董事,同时他也是美中贸易全国委员会和美印贸易全国委员会董事会成员。除此之外,科恩先生还在美国战略及国际研究中心任高级顾问,并在美国有线电视网(CNN)担任国际事务特约评论员。

维克女士自1971年加入美国国务院并涉足外交领域,并从1973年成为基辛格国务卿的助手。1977年, 维克女士随从基辛格进入基辛格咨询公司并在15年后成为基辛格公司的副总裁。在此之后,她回到华盛顿特区并加入了国际律师事务所Power, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy并担任该律师事务所咨询业务主管,继续她的为企业与公共部门之间搭建桥梁的作用。

泰先生还曾在美国国务院外交学院工作过,负责将中文广播节目翻译成英文,供那些将派往中国的外交官学习之用。泰文龙曾在海外常驻两年, 并经常到中国大陆进行商务访问。他对中国文化及中美关系非常了解并能熟练使用中文。

泰文龙毕业于杨柏翰大学,主修国际法,外交及亚洲研究。

在加入科恩集团之前,张先生在世界能源三巨头之一的BP中国控股有限公司担任副总裁,负责政府以及公共事务。在此职位上, 张先生为改善BP公司与中国政府的关系做出了重要贡献。他率领他的团队,为加快落实BP在中国两个省份的1000家加油站的项目审批起到了关键作用。 他和他的团队还制定了全面的公共关系,媒体关系战略,有效地预防和化解了各种大小危机。

在2000年至2003年间,张先生在跨国制药公司礼来担任礼来中国的总监,负责公司及政府事务。在此期间,他为改善礼来公司与中国主管部门的关系, 保护礼来在中国的利益作了大量的工作,并在两年间建立起一个在行业颇具竞争力的团队。

张先生还有在美国首府华盛顿做过商务战略咨询的经验,而且在中国外经贸部(现商务部)工作长达十余年之久, 还在1995年至1998年间出任中国驻美国大使馆商务处任外交官。在政府工作期间,张先生负责协调中美贸易关系并参与了有关贸易政策的制定。 他谙熟东西方商务的做法及政府运作的方式,他的丰富经验对中美两国的公司都很有脾益。

张先生在美国夏威夷东西方中心作访问学者时在夏威夷大学获得了MBA学位,他在中国吉林大学外语系获得英美文学学士学位。

就政府经验而言,曹女士在中国外交部服务了六年,最初在外交部国际司主管亚洲和欧洲的经贸合作,协助在相关政府部门之间建立了协调机制。 自1999到2002年,曹女士被派往纽约中国驻联合国代表团工作,负责安理会事务。2003年,她还在联合国总部的千年目标项目办公室担任顾问。 曹女士参与了众多的国际会议与谈判,对不同文化与价值有着很好的理解和把握。

之后,曹女士任职于雅虎中国,担任国际业务拓展经理。她负责协调了雅虎中国与一家中国本土的互联网公司的兼并工作, 并领导雅虎与其他跨国公司之间的业务拓展。

曹女士于2005年从哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院获得公共管理硕士(MPA)。她本科毕业于中国人民大学,获得经济学学士学位。

王英华曾在天津市人民政府外事办公室工作了10年,曾任美大处副处长,主管对美大地区的交往。在政府工作期间, 曾多次接待包括美国前总统乔治•布什等外国政要访津,并接待了许多世界500强公司的高层官员。他还参与组织过许多重要国际活动, 包括"中国天津国际企业家咨询会议"、"2002天津商业周刊论坛"和"构建21世纪金融体系:中美金融研讨会"等等。 在组织高端国际活动中积累的丰富经验和领导能力,使他在协调公共关系方面具有独特的专家经验。
